Common questions
Will Clarity slow my device during a session?
No. It runs locally and stays lightweight. Built for multi-tabling without stealing focus from your tables.
Is my hand history safe? Is Clarity private?
Yes. Clarity is completely private. We don't have a database. All hands and session data stay on your device and never leave your Mac. We do not store or upload hand history, run cloud analysis on your hands, or sell player data — we simply never receive it. Stripe only sees your purchase email for the license. See the privacy policy.
How do I get my license after I pay?
Your license key is emailed to you after checkout. Open /activate, paste the key, and Clarity unlocks on that Mac. Lost the email? Write support@starsedge.com from the address you used to buy.
Which poker sites does Clarity support?
PokerStars and GG Poker ship in the current release (v…). PokerStars hand history is auto-detected. GG Poker works through PokerCraft. Zoom and Rush & Cash are supported, along with regular cash and tournaments. PartyPoker, WPT Global, 888poker, and ACR are on the roadmap.
Where is the HUD?
Not at launch. It is on the roadmap but we want it done right. Clarity v1 is a post-session tracker, performance review, and hand replayer.
When does AI leak analysis ship?
In development. Every lifetime buyer gets it for one month free when it lands.
What is your refund policy?
